Outlook for Windows

  1. Open the Outlook desktop application.
  2. Go to File Account Settings > Account Settings... (first option in the drop-down menu)

     3. Highlight the address > Remove

  1. Open the Outlook desktop application. 
  2. Go to Outlook > Preferences

  3. In the Outlook Preferences window, click the Accounts button.

  3. Open the Email Address drop-down menu and select 'Edit Email Addresses'.
