Certain devices are unable to automatically search for, and add Office 365 email accounts. If you are running into issues adding your account to a device, the following settings can be used:
- Account type: Exchange
- Email address: email@example.com, where 'username' is your unique ID
- User name: 'firstname.lastname@example.org, where 'username' is your unique ID
- Domain: eduuwaterloo.onmicrosoft.ca
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- Port: 443
