Certain devices are unable to automatically search for, and add Office 365 email accounts. If you are running into issues adding your account to a device, the following settings can be used: 

  • Account type: Exchange
  • Email address:, where 'username' is your unique ID
  • User name: 'username', where 'username' is your unique ID
  • Domain:
  • Server:
  • Port: 443
